• Clear, working microphone + commitment to professional radio procedure
• Reliable attendance — minimum 2 scheduled operations per month (advance notice required for absences)
• Mature, team-first attitude — zero tolerance for toxicity, cheating, or public-server behavior
• Legitimate copy of Ground Branch + Operator + Ready or Not

ENLISTMENT PROCESS
