Rogue Element exists to provide a disciplined, mature environment where players can experience realistic small-unit tactics, proper communication protocols, and high-stakes decision-making — without the toxicity or chaos found in public servers.
We emphasize teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Whether you're new to Milsims / TacSims, or a seasoned operator, there's a place for you if you value precision and respect.
Members and non-members can get involved by using our Create Event channel on Discord. If you have an idea for a tournament, themed mission night, training block, challenge event, or something completely different, pitch it and let’s make it happen.
You do not need to be a current member to bring an idea forward. If you want to help create something fun, competitive, or community-driven, you can submit an event concept through Discord.
Inside our Discord, head to the Create Event channel and fill out the event form. Give us your concept, how it should run, and what you need. We review submissions and help turn solid ideas into real events.
